There’s inspirational athletes..and there’s inspirational songs. This week honours the men who’ve given their lives fighting for our freedom. These soldiers, policemen and fire-fighters have each formed, trained and immortalized these workouts, which , in my opinion makes CrossFit truly noble and great. Lets feel a little pain for the great pain felt by the families and loved ones these Heroes have left behind.

Field Training Officer Timothy Quinn Brenton, 39, of the Seattle Police Department, was shot and killed in a drive-by shooting while on duty on October 31, 2009. He is survived by his wife Lisa, his son Quinn, and daughter Kayliegh.
